About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Sarvajana Stores, Four Corner Junction, Palladam Main Road, Pappampatti, Coimbatore 641016, by phone, WhatsApp, the enquiry form or in person. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms.
Placing an order
- Orders can be placed by call, WhatsApp, the enquiry form on this site or at the store.
- An order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you by call or message.
- Please check your list, quantities and delivery address before confirming. Tell us about any changes as early as possible.
- For bulk, business, function and event orders, we may ask for advance confirmation of the date, quantity and delivery location.
Prices and availability
- Prices for groceries, vegetables, rice, oils and water change with the market. The price we confirm for your order is the price you pay.
- Prices shown or shared earlier, including on this website or in older messages, are for reference only.
- Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will offer a substitute or remove it from your order with your approval.
- Bulk and wholesale prices are given as quotes and are valid for the period we state.
Payment
- We accept payment as agreed at the time of order: cash, UPI or bank transfer.
- Home delivery orders are usually paid on delivery unless we agree otherwise.
- For bulk, business and function orders, we may ask for an advance. Credit terms for regular business customers are agreed separately.
- Bills include GST where applicable.
Delivery
- We deliver in and around Pappampatti and to the areas listed on our Areas we serve page. Larger bulk orders may be delivered across Coimbatore.
- Delivery times we share are estimates. Traffic, weather or stock may cause delays, and we will keep you informed.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address given.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be told to you before you confirm the order.
Water cans and bottles
- 20L water cans are supplied on a can-exchange basis. Empty cans must be returned in good condition at the next delivery.
- A refundable deposit may apply for new can connections. Lost or damaged cans may be charged.
- Bottled water is supplied by the case in the sizes you order.
- Store water in a clean, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Returns, replacements and cancellations
- Please check your order at delivery. If an item is damaged, expired or incorrect, tell us within 24 hours and we will replace it or adjust your bill.
- Fresh vegetables and perishable items must be reported at the time of delivery.
- Opened or used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Regular orders can be cancelled before they are packed. For function and bulk orders, cancellation terms will be agreed when you confirm the order, as stock may be arranged specially for you.

- We try to keep information accurate, but product ranges, prices and service areas may change without notice.

Our responsibility
We take care to supply good quality products and deliver them safely. Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the affected item or refunding its price. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, strikes or supply shortages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We always prefer to settle any issue directly with you first, so please talk to us.
