How much drinking water do you need for a wedding or function?

By Sarvajana Stores, Pappampatti · Published 14 August 2026

Quick answer

Plan by guest count and duration. Small 300 ml bottles work for welcome counters and dining; 20 litre cans suit kitchens and serving stations. Share your guest count with us and we will suggest a mix.

Start with guest count and hours

The two numbers that matter most are how many people attend and how long they stay. A short reception needs far less than a full-day wedding with lunch and dinner. Hot weather in Coimbatore also pushes consumption up, so build in some margin.

Match the size to the moment

300 ml bottles are tidy for welcome counters and dining tables. 500 ml and 1 litre bottles suit guests on the move, drivers and staff. 20 litre cans are the practical choice for the cooking area, serving stations and the bride and groom rooms.

Order early, deliver to the venue

For large functions, confirm your order a few days in advance so stock and delivery are fixed. We deliver directly to halls and homes around Pappampatti and can top up on the day if needed.
